What body parts can body contouring treat?

We can treat the abdomen, arms, thighs, love handles and the back. Each area may require a different type of body contouring treatment. We will determine which process are the best for you during your consultation.

What is body Contouring?

It destroys fat cells under the skin on the body part that it is applied to. It uses several processes such as Radio Frequency Cavitation that will break up the fat cells and iifquify the fat and it drains into the lymphatic system to drain.

Does Body Contouring destroy the fat cells?

No, it does not destroy the fat cells. You cannot destroy fat cells they are with us for life, but you can empty them and cause them to shrink. This means that the cell is capable of storing fat again. This is why a proper diet, lots of water and subsequent body contouring sessions are important.

What kind of results will I get with Body Contouring?

How many treatments do I need and how often?

Usually you will see a big difference after 3 complete sessions and between 8 - 12 sessions you will get optimum results. You will need to get your treatment 3 days apart on a continual basis for 8 - 12 treatments to get excellent results. We recommend that you have continued treatments for 3-9 months. This will give you maximum results from the body contouring sessions. Your body will continue to excrete dead fat cells for 4-6 months after your last session

How long is the body contouring session?

The entire process usually takes 60 minutes and can take longer. Silk Curves Body Contouring has a process that involves cavitation, vacuum therapy, RF Therapy, massage and vibrating platform.

Teeth Whitening

What is cosmetic teeth whitening?

The procedure involves applying a tooth whitening agent on your teeth and then using a professional specail heating lamp aimed at the teeth for up to 3 intervals of 20 minutes each.

How long is the teeth whitening procedure?

Usally it can take between 20 minutes up to 50 minutes. Results will vary and you may see an significant whitening after the first application of 20 minutes or you may need more time. It all depends on the yellowing and staining of your teeth.

Can I eat or drink after the teeth whitening session?

It is best to eat white color foods and clear drink for the firsrt 24 hours after your teeth whitening. After that time, be careful about teas, coffees, wine and any food or drink that will transfer color/staining onto your teeth.

How long will the teeth whitening last?

It can last between 6 months to 1 year and can even longer. It all depends on your dental hygeine habits and what you eat and drink. Using a whitening toothpaste will also help.

Laser Lipo

What is Non Invasive Laser Lipo?

Laser is also know as Laser Lipolysis. It is a non-invasive (non-surgical) procedure. This technology gives cellulite and fat reduction. The fat is reduced in targeted areas of the body such as the abdomen, waist thighs, double chin and more. The technology involves laser pads that are placed on the skin, the energy that come from the laser pads stimulate the fat cell membrane and reduces the overall size. This will result in permanent fat loss when a healthy diet is maintained after you receive your treatments.

How does Non Invasive Laser Lipo work?

The laser emits low levels of laser engery which creates a heat based laser signal to the fat cells and will break down the stored triglycerides into free fatty acid, glycerol and water molecules, they are then transported to the lymphatic system.

When will I see results from Non Invasive Laser Lipo?

Our clients have seen lost of inches 1 to 1 1/2 per visit. The treatments are progressive with continuous sessions. The more sessions that you have you will see lots of improvement. We recommend 3 to 4 months of sessions depending on your body goals.
