Service Description
This link is only for clients who have purchased a package and would like to schedule their next session or sessions. This is not for first time clients or clients who have to pay for a service. Indicate in the notes what services that you have paid for. If you book this appointment and you have not prepaid, purchased a package or not a current client that is making another appointment your appointment will automatically be cancelled. Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: Thank You Valued client for choosing Silk Curves! We appreciate your business. Friendly Reminders: Please drink 1 bottle (8 ounces) of water 1 hour before your session. Do not apply lotion, perfume or oils on your skin before your session and always remember to bring a waist trainer. 15 minutes late is considered to be a "No Show",( if you don't call). If you do call and let me know you are late, you may be able to still make your appointment, but it will also end at your originally scheduled time.(We cannot run into another client's time. When purchasing a package, it must be completed within 3 months of purchase. Inform our office of any cancellations 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel the same day, your deposit is lost and you have to repay another deposit to hold a different appointment day and time. When your session(s) is submitted, you are agreeing to the above mentioned cancellation terms.
