Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – Silk Curves Women-Focused Services Silk Curves is a private, women-focused body contouring & wellness studio. Services are designed for female anatomy, comfort, and client preference. Service appropriateness is determined during consultation. Appointments & Deposits Appointments must be booked in advance. A non-refundable deposit may be required and will be applied toward your service. Cancellations & No-Shows Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows, or same-day changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit or full service charge. Late Arrivals Arrivals over 15 minutes late may have services shortened or rescheduled and may still be charged in full. Packages & Promotions All packages and promotional services are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Unused sessions expire after 30 days. Payments Final payment is due at the time of service and must be made in exact cash or via Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo. Debit and credit cards are not accepted for final payment. Results & Medical Disclaimer Results vary and are not guaranteed. Services are non-invasive wellness treatments and not medical care. Clients must disclose relevant health conditions prior to treatment. Consent By booking, clients agree to all Silk Curves policies and treatment guidelines.
