PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES and REMINDERS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: Thank You Valued client for choosing Silk Curves! We appreciate you and aim to help you reach your body goals. Come to your appointment with an empty bladder and light food in your stomach for maximum results. Bring a waistrainer. Payment methods accepted are Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle and Debit/Credit Card. IF YOU ARE PAYING CASH, PLEASE BRING EXACT BALANCE. Credit (Card/Debit Card)Payments are charged a 4% processing fee. Please be aware that if you miss your appointment on the day of the scheduled appointment, you will lose your deposit (no exceptions) If you would like to reschedule, please schedule again with a new deposit. Remember this is a day and time that someone else could have scheduled. All deposits are nonrefundable, unless I have an emergency and must cancel. We will consider you a "No Show" if you are 15 minutes late and your appointment is automatically cancelled remotely and you are charged a $25 "No Show" Fee if you don's show up. Please be advised that if you are running late call or text 504-602-9899 to make sure I can still see you. Remember that if you are accepted as a "Late Show" your appointment will still end at the appointed scheduled time, due to clients who have appointments after you. There is a $25 Cancellation Fee & "No Show" Fee if cancelled or you do not attend your appointment or cancel on the same day of your appointment. Be advised that due to the nature of the services and/or products, we do not offer refunds.
