Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: Thank You Valued client for choosing Silk Curves! We appreciate your business. Friendly Reminders: Please drink 1 bottle (8 ounces) of water 1 hour before your session. Do not apply lotion, perfume or oils on your skin before your session and always remember to bring a WAIST TRAINER. 15 minutes late is considered to be a "No Show",( if you don't call). If you do call and let me know you are late, you may be able to still make your appointment, but it will also end at your originally scheduled time.(We cannot run into another client's time. When purchasing a package of 2 or more sessions, it must be completed within 90 days. No exceptions to this rule Inform our office of any cancellations 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel the same day you will have to reschedule for another day if there is no available time for that same day and pay another deposit to hold the new appointment. If you book for the Liquid Lipo or Liquid BBL and you do not show or call 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a "No Show Nurse Fee" of $50.00 Results vary and are not guaranteed due to medication, client's body response and other factors. All Sales are final. We do not provide refunds, returns on merchandise, exchange of services, substitutions, or credits.
