Cancellation Policy
Please Read: Silk Curves Booking Policies Appointments & Deposits Appointments must be booked in advance. A small non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied toward your service. Cancellations & No-Shows You have the option to cancel on your own on our website. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows, or same-day changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit or the full amount of the service if cancelled the same day. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Appointments delayed 15 minutes is considered a "No Show" (call me to inform me of lateness) Your session will still end at the scheduled time that it is supposed to end as if you were on time, due to clients coming after you. Packages & Promotions All packages and promotional services are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be completed within 60 days of purchase. Unused sessions EXPIRE after 60 days. Payments Final payment is due at the time of service and must be made in exact cash or via Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo. Debit and credit cards are not accepted for final payment. Results & Medical Disclaimer Results vary and are not guaranteed. Services are non-invasive wellness treatments and not medical care.
