When booking our services or purchasing products on our website, you agree to abide by the following:

1. Any physical and or medical injury claim from our services must be reported to our office within 24 hours of the services rendered or they will not be considered.

2.If you encounter any abnormalities, such as a cut, scar, burn or any other physical abnormal reaction that was due to our services, you must report this incident (symptom, etc.) to our office by phone and by email and submit pictures of the injury, within 24 hours of the service.

By booking our services or purchasing products at www.silkcurves.com, you are agreeing to these terms.

The quality of your treatments and getting good visible results are very important to us. Please remember that although we do provide good results. Results may not be guaranteed due to various factors such as, weight, illness, medications  and diet. Also, if you have had any type of Bariatric (Weight Loss surgery) or are using a weight loss injections such as Ozempic or similar; you may have significant muscle loss and should not consider the Liquid BBL

​Cancellation:

If you cancel the same day of your scheduled treatment and you paid a deposit, you will lose the deposit and will have to pay another deposit for a new day and time (Redo the appointment on our website) This is a time slot that someone else could have taken, so please be mindful of this.

​Payment methods accepted are CASH, Credit Card (4% service fee for swipes - debit or credit), CASHAPP, ZELLE, APPLE PAY, SEZZLE AND AFFIRM. IF YOU ARE PAYING CASH, PLEASE BRING EXACT BALANCE. 

TREATMENT BOOKING:

When booking a treatment - PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO BOOKING. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO "SWAP" TREATMENTS - All packages must be completed within 60 days.

You are also unable to allow someone else to use your un-used treatments.

CONTRADICTIONS FOR RECEIVING TREATMENT:

If you are on your cycle or will be on your cycle at the time of your reservation, please reschedule your reservation 3 days after your cycle has ended. If you have a piercing or tattoo that is NOT healed, please reschedule your reservation after it is healed. If you have any kind of titanium / titanium joints (screws, plates, etc.) please get clearance from your physician to ensure you are able to receive body contouring treatments.

Do not drink or eat 1 hour before your session (including water). Bring a waist trainer with you to wear immediately after. If you do not have a waist trainer, you can purchase one in the office.
