Our shipping and fulfilment policy is as follows:

Once your physical order is placed online, we ship the next business day. It will take 3-4 business days to receive your order. If you live in New Orleans or in the surrounding area, you may be able to pick your order up and if you paid for shipping, we will automatically refund your shipping cost when you pick up your orders. If you order Body Contouring items such as butt enhancement oil, then we will make it upon time of order and schedule a pick up time, otherwise it will be mailed to you.
