Cancellation Policy
Please Read: Booking Policy – Silk Curves Appointments & Deposits Appointments must be booked in advance. A non-refundable deposit may be required and will be applied toward your service. Cancellations & No-Shows You have the option to cancel on your own on our website. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows, or same-day changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit or full service charge. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Appointments delayed 15 minutes or more may be shortened or marked as a no-show. Packages & Promotions All packages and promotional services are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be completed within 60 days of purchase. Unused sessions expire after 60 days. Payments Final payment is due at the time of service and must be made in exact cash or via Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo. Debit and credit cards are not accepted for final payment. Results & Medical Disclaimer Results vary and are not guaranteed. Services are non-invasive wellness treatments and not medical care. Clients must disclose relevant health conditions prior to treatment. Consent By booking, clients agree to all Silk Curves policies and treatment guidelines.
