Silk FlexPay™ is available for packages of 6 sessions or more.

How much do I need to start?

Most clients start with 30–40% down, plus a small 7% administrative financing fee.

What is the 7% Silk FlexPay™ fee for?

The 7% fee covers:

• In-house payment management

• Session reservation & scheduling

• Administrative and processing costs

This fee is non-refundable and added to the financed total.

How are payments made?

Payments are made via:

• Debit or credit card (auto-draft)

• Zelle (scheduled payments)

Zelle payments must be sent on or before each due date.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If a payment is missed:

• Sessions are paused immediately

• Services resume once the account is current

This policy protects both your results and our scheduling availability.

Can I use Silk FlexPay™ for single sessions?

No. Silk FlexPay™ is available for packages only, as packages deliver the best and most consistent results.

Are refunds available?

No refunds are issued for:

• Completed or partially completed sessions

• Deposits or financing fees

Packages are non-transferable.

When do my treatments begin?

Your treatments begin as soon as your deposit is paid, agreement is signed, and your payment schedule is set.
