Late Arrivals: Please keep in mind that if you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the time it is scheduled to end, due to other clients coming behind you. Treatment Room Policy To maintain a safe, private, and relaxing experience for all clients, only the client receiving services is permitted inside the treatment room during appointments. . Cancellations & No-Shows You have the option to cancel or reschedule your appointments on your own on our website. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows, or same-day changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit and the services. Results & Medical Disclaimer Results vary and are not guaranteed. Services are non-invasive wellness treatments and not medical care. Clients must disclose relevant health conditions prior to treatment. Session Usage & Expiration Policy At Silk Curves Body Contouring, we are committed to delivering high-quality, results-driven services while maintaining fairness and availability for all clients. To ensure the best experience, the following policies apply: ✔ All single sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase ✔ All packages (3, 6, 9 or 12 sessions) must be used within 90 days of purchase ⏳ Expired Sessions Sessions not used within the timeframe will be considered expired and inactive.
