Treatment Room Policy To maintain a safe, private, and relaxing experience for all clients, only the client receiving services is permitted inside the treatment room during appointments. Guests, friends, children, or additional visitors must remain in the waiting area while services are being performed. We value your time and are committed to delivering exceptional, results-focused treatments. These policies allow us to provide every client with the highest level of care and availability. Cancellations & No-Shows You have the option to cancel or reschedule your appointments on your own on our website. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows, or same-day changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit and the services. Results & Medical Disclaimer Results vary and are not guaranteed. Services are non-invasive wellness treatments and not medical care. Clients must disclose relevant health conditions prior to treatment. Session Usage & Expiration Policy At Silk Curves Body Contouring, we are committed to delivering high-quality, results-driven services while maintaining fairness and availability for all clients. To ensure the best experience, the following policies apply: ✔ All single sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase ✔ All packages (3, 6, 9 sessions) must be used within 90 days of purchase ✔ Promotional or trial sessions ($99 offers) must be used within 14 days ⏳ Expired Sessions Sessions not used within the timeframe will be considered expired and inactive. To continue services after expiration: ✔ A Session Reactivation Fee of $49 is required ✔ Reactivated sessions must be used within 14 days Appointments & No-Shows ✔ Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in session forfeiture ✔ A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule ✔ Late arrivals over 15 minutes may require rescheduling Important Notes ✔ Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable ✔ Results require consistency — delayed sessions may impact outcome ✔ No exceptions outside of medical emergencies Consent By booking, clients agree to all Silk Curves policies and treatment guidelines.
