Appointments delayed 15 minutes is considered a "No Show" (call me to inform me of lateness) Your session will still end at the scheduled time that it is supposed to end as if you were on time, due to clients coming after you. Packages & Promotions All packages and promotional services are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be completed within 60 days of purchase.
