Late Arrivals: Please keep in mind that if you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the time it is scheduled to end, due to other clients coming behind you. Treatment Room Policy To maintain a safe, private, and relaxing experience for all clients, only the client receiving services is permitted inside the treatment room during appointments. . Cancellations & No-Shows You have the option to cancel or reschedule your appointments on your own on our website. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows, or same-day changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit and the services. Results & Medical Disclaimer Results vary and are not guaranteed. Services are non-invasive wellness treatments and not medical care. Clients must disclose relevant health conditions prior to treatment. Session Usage & Expiration Policy At Silk Curves Body Contouring, we are committed to delivering high-quality, results-driven services while maintaining fairness and availability for all clients. To ensure the best experience, the following policies apply: ✔ All single sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase ✔ All packages (3, 6, 9 or 12 sessions) must be used within 90 days of purchase ⏳ Expired Sessions Sessions not used within the timeframe will be considered expired and inactive. (Exceptions are surgery & illness) To continue services after expiration: Appointments & No-Shows ✔ Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in session forfeiture ✔ A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule ✔ Late arrivals over 15 minutes may require rescheduling Important Notes: Canceling or No Show on the day of service will be charged a $15 "No Show" Fee. ✔ Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable ✔ Results require consistency — delayed sessions may impact outcome ✔ No exceptions outside of medical emergencies Consent By booking, clients agree to all Silk Curves policies and treatment guidelines.
