Refund, cancellation and appointment policy
All clients will be required to complete a consent form prior to their first appointment. Any change to your circumstances, either your personal details or medical history must be advised to our staff prior to any appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all medical issues toSilk Curves, LLC .Silk Curves, LLC can not be held liable for any unknown or undisclosed medical issues. To ensure you get your full treatment we require you to arrive on time to your appointment time. If you are late, we may not be able to provide your full treatment.
Silk Curves, LLC do not provide refunds for products or services as a result of change of mind. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellation, if the appointment is re-scheduled a minimum 48 hours prior to your appointment day, In the case of pre paid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited if we are not given 48 hours notice.
Terms and Conditions
Promotions
These terms and conditions will apply to all sales and promotions advertised by Silk Curves, LLC. Any additional terms and conditions relating to specific promotions will be available in clinic.
• Promotions can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Promotions apply only to full priced treatments.
• Promotions are not refundable or transferable between clinics or clients.
• Packages are not able to be split between clients or used at any other clinic other than the clinic which it was purchased at.
• Treatment packages are not able to be altered.
• Promotional pricing will only apply to new bookings made and paid for during the promotion period. Promotional pricing will not apply to bookings already made.
• Promotions are for a limited time and are subject to availability.
• Silk Curves, LLC therapists have the right to refuse treatment of any client in circumstances where the therapist deems the treatment to be unsuitable.
Treatment packages
• All packages are valid for use for 90 days from the date of purchase.
• Inform our office of any cancellations 48 hours prior to your appointment.
If you cancel the same day of your scheduled session, you lose your initial deposit and you are required to pay a new deposit fee for a new appointment.
If you are a "No Show", you will forfeit your deposit and the above statements applies.
All deposits are non refundable.
All packages must be used within 90 days of purchase.
All services that are purchased thru our website must be used and completed within a 90 time frame. If not used within a total of 90 days your deposit/funds will not be refunded or transferred.
• Silk Curves, LLC will do it's best to have your treatment performed by the therapist of your choosing, there is no guarantee of this and refunds will not be given in the event a therapist is unavailable to perform your treatment.
Concerns
Results from treatments may take up to 12 weeks to show results and results will vary from client to client. If you are dissatisfied with your results or experience an adverse reaction you agree to provide us with any information requested by us so we can assess your issues, this includes the provision of photographs. If you refused our request for information it will impact on our ability to assist you. All this information must be issued to us and we must be informed by you within 24 hours of your initial service that was performed.
Refund Policy
When you purchase a product or service from our website, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds on body cavitation/contouring services, teeth whitening services or physical products after services are rendered and after a product is purchased. No exchanges on all products and services.
By purchasing our products or services you agree to the statements regarding our refund policy.
If you issue a chargeback on your credit/debit card due to any issue with our services, you will be banned from using services at Silk Curves Body Contouring.
All deposits are non refundable.
If you buy Sessions directly from us and you do not use them in 90 days the sessions will be null and void or pay a $50 fee to reinstate Session/Sessions after the 90 day period.
After your initial purchase you have 90 days to use your sessions.
A refund is only issued after first three days of purchase of your unused session/sessions. After that three day time period, Silk Curves Body Contouring will not refund any session and all sales are final.
